Important Dates and Deadlines

Leading up to the World Communion of Reformed Churches

  • December 1, 2009: Deadline for applications to the Global Institute of Theology
  • January 20, 2010: Last day for Member Churches to propose changes for the WCRC Constitution.
  • February 1-4, 2010: The last meeting of the REC-WARC Joint Working Group.
  • February 28, 2010: Close of registration for all foreign participants who need a visa.
  • March 31, 2010: Close of registration for all official participants from the USA and countries in the visa waiver program.
  • May 31, 2010: Close of registration for multi-day visitors. Single day visitors may get a day pass on arrival. Earlier registration is advised because of limited hotel space.
